Figure out what are your needs in terms of space and functionality. Tell us what you want and we will find the model that is perfect for you.
CONSIDER BUILDING RESTRICTIONS
Check with building authorities to determine what is permitted in your area and what are the restrictions on architectural features.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR FUTURE HOUSE
Style your home the way you want it inside and out: kitchen and bathroom(s), windows and doors, exterior finishes, etc.
GET FINANCING
Now that you have a better idea of the cost of your project, get prequalified. A bank can prequalify you based on your income level and credit score.
FIND A LOT
If you have not already selected a site to build on, now is the time. In some cases, you must purchase the land before taking out a construction loan.
THINK ABOUT FOUNDATIONS
Think about the foundation for the home to be built on. While the foundation is being built, we take care of your house in the controlled environment of our factory.
