Aside from the foundation, that must be taken care of prior to delivery, typically, when our workers leave your home, what will be left to do inside is:

• To plaster and paint
• The flooring (material not included)
• The electrical and plumbing hook up in the basement
• Finishing the basement insulation, stairs and windows
• The heating system (if other than baseboard electric heaters)

On the outside, you will have to take care of:

• The deck(s) and/or balcony
• The gutters
• Landscaping and outdoor decoration
• The garage (unless included in your model)

Fair Oaks vinyl siding with BP Mystique-42 asphalt shingles and white PVC casement windows with triple-glazed Low-E argon thermos all come standard with any of our models, but you can choose to change any of those. Note that some materials (either roof or siding) may need to be installed on site.

All our models are built according to Yvon Champoux, Inc. specs with R41.43 walls and R62.92 ceiling insulation.

Laminate (Arborite) countertops with flat melamine cupboards come standard in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Still, there are countless possible upgrades/changes we can do to better suit your needs.

Also, the main bathroom will include a 5-feet one-piece acrylic tub/shower, a sink and a toilet. If there are any extra bathrooms on the plan of the model you choose, it comes equipped with exactly what the plan displays.

Sure! Not only can you fully customize any of our plans up to the smallest details, but we can also start from your plans to make your dream home come true! All this is part of the process, at no extra cost.

Assuming you gave us the location where the house is to be delivered, either by getting a quote from one of our representatives or by filling our online price request form, delivery and on-site assembly are included in the price you got.

The excavation and foundation. The foundation’s height above ground should be between 40 in. and 50 in. on the side where we’ll deliver the modules. You also need to make sure there’s enough clearance for the truck to back up where it needs to. Please refer to house delivery information to learn more.

It depends mainly on three things: the time of the year you order, the place you want us to deliver to and how busy we already are. We deliver between May and mid-December, depending on your location. Since we have to order all the materials prior to building your home, it usually takes around 3 months from start to finish.

Not only will your home’s assembly be carried out in an environment sheltered from bad weather, extreme heat and humidity, but a rigorous quality control will also be done at every step of the process, up to the delivery to your lot and on-site assembly.
